Manage Profile

Access your profile details in Direct Spaces to manage your account, change your name or email address, or upload your photo in the app.

To access your profile, tap your profile photo from the main menu.

Edit your photo

1. Tap Edit photo.

2. Choose one of the following:

   • Take photo: Allow access to your device's camera and take a new photo.

   • Choose from photo library: Allow access to your device's gallery and select an image.

Edit your display name

1. Tap Edit name.

2. Enter your name.

3. Tap OK.

App details

Provide the app details when contacting Accruent Support to streamline the help process.

• Client Version: Displays the version of the Direct Spaces app.

• Client Bundle ID: Displays the unique identifier for the app bundle.

• Client OS: Indicates the operating system running on your device.

• Device: Indicates your device model.

• App Identifier: Displays the unique ID associated with your app instance.

Sign out

Sign out of Direct Spaces to close your session and disconnect from the app.

• Logout: Signs you out of the app.

• Switch Apps: Sign out and go to the sign-in screen to enter a different application identifier.

• Reset Application: Sign out and clear all app data from your device.
